Mental Health Ministry

Behavioural Care Centre is a psychiatric ward. A health care facility under NOPH, specializing in the diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of individuals and management of mental health conditions. It is a great opportunity to be able to minister and share the gospel to these people and bring unto them God’s great love who heals, delivers, by the power of the Holy Ghost in the name of Jesus!

The Maranatha Mental Health Ministry is a place of hope, healing, and restoration. We recognize that mental health is an essential part of our overall well-being, and we are committed to providing spiritual and emotional support to those struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and other challenges. Through faith, counseling, and community, we walk alongside individuals as they find peace and strength in Christ.

What We Do

• Biblical Encouragement & Counseling: Offering faith-based guidance and encouragement for those facing mental health struggles.
• Prayer & Support Groups: Creating a safe space for individuals to share, heal, and grow in a supportive, faith-filled community.
• Workshops & Awareness Programs: Educating the church on mental health from a biblical and practical perspective.
• Partnerships with Professionals: Connecting individuals with Christian counselors, therapists, and resources for deeper healing.
• Crisis Support & Outreach: Walking with those in distress, offering prayer, love, and tangible help during difficult seasons.
